Three tools, each one taking a task people repeated every week and giving the first pass to software. Each one has a short video. Details that could identify the firms involved are left out.
Single-line diagram generator
A script draws the single-line diagram for each approved project and gathers the permit package. It began as an AI agent.

A tool that reads a request for proposal and drafts each section in a small practice’s own style, for the principal to edit.
Read how it works →What the three have in common
- Each one started with a single task that people repeated every week.
- Each began by writing down how an experienced person does the task, before building anything.
- The agent always has exit ramps if it is unsure, for a human to review items.
- Where the rules were clear enough, a plain script replaced the AI agent.
