We shape the work around your firm.

A one-person practice and a 300-person firm start in different places. Both would begin with one task and see it on their own documents in the first week.

The first week is a test week on one of your own tasks.

A typical first engagement

The first result would land in week 1 at every size. A bigger firm would add people to the decision and teams to the rollout.
